  • David encouraged the Children of Israel to move past their mountain climbing fears, because of they didn’t they’d continue to reside in the valley! Today, I take that same stance, and I’ll add this caveat, “Everyone can’t go with you on your climb up”! Don’t let the fear and insecurity of others hold you back from reaching your fullest potential!
Take a quick look at another clip from last Sunday’s WORD Experience and if by chance you’re in search of a church to visit tomorrow, please consider worshiping with us at The WORD Church! We believe you’ll love it and your kidz will too! To schedule your visit tomorrow please visit www.twc4me.org
  • There are NO LIMITS to what you can do! Think you’ve gone as far as you can go, imagine a dog chasing you, you won’t stop until you’re safe!

You could swim faster if a shark was after you. You could run faster if your child was in danger. You could work harder if the payoff was truly exceptional.

What you THINK you can do is always less than what you CAN do if you really try. You always have a little more in you. Don’t settle, success is limitless, but you must first, TAKE THE LIMITS OFF! -Pastor J (jjohnson80)
  • YOU are the #greatest version of you that will ever live! So many people have short changed themselves and are not nearly living up to their fullest #potential! Don’t let that be you! Stop letting the #fear of failure paralyze you! #Launch IT! #Do IT! #Create IT! YOU are the greatest version of you that will ever live!

  • One of my favorite scriptures is found in the 1st two verses of #Psalms 107. “Oh, give thanks to the LORD, for He is good! For His mercy endures forever. Let the redeemed of the LORD say so, whom He has redeemed from the hand of the enemy…” Psalm 107: 1, 2

#Redemption is so #powerful because by definition it simply means to get something back that has been lost. It is similar in meaning to the word “rehabilitation” which essentially means “to #invest again with #dignity.” A thought that is repeated at the end of each of the five stanzas in this psalm is that those who have been redeemed by the Lord should step up and SAY SO, gratefully giving thanks for the various ways in which they have been redeemed.

Psalms 107 focuses on four groups of people redeemed by God. Interestingly enough, these groups are indicative of the areas He’s redeemed us from as well. David chronicles how God redeems us from our #chaos when He finds us. He then redeems us from our #chains when He sets us free from our sins. This is followed by the way He redeems us from our own sometimes “foolish” choices. He then describes the way God redeems us from our complacency by meeting us in our crises from which He redeems us when we are at our wits end and don’t know what to do.

Today I #encourage you to #meditate on all these levels of redemption. Ask God to continuously redeem you in all these ways. As you reflect on each individual level of redemption, step up and join the redeemed of the Lord in #grateful worship. And SAY SO!!! -Pastor J (@jjohnson80)
